Oncology treatment
Treatment of anal cancer
Oncology of the anal canal is a malignant disease that develops in the perianal area.

The neoplasm is considered dangerous for the human body, since mutated cells actively multiply and spread throughout the body, affecting other organs and systems of the human body

Experts identify several types of cancer in the anal canal:

  • Squamous cell oncology - occurs in most diagnosed cases. The disease begins to develop due to mutations in the flat cells that make up the epithelial layer of the anorectal region.
  • Adenocarcinoma is a rare type of malignant neoplasm. It develops in the glands or part of the epithelium that lines the anal canal in the area of the anus.
  • Basal cell carcinoma is one of the rare types of cancer that forms in the perianal area.
  • Melanoblastoma is a tumor that develops in melanocytes, that is, epithelial cells responsible for natural pigmentation in the anorectal area.
  • Gastrointestinal stromal cancer is a rarely diagnosed malignant tumor of the gastrointestinal tract, which is formed by oncogenic mutation of connective tissue cells.
Today, doctors and scientists do not know the exact causes of this type of oncology - they only know about the factors that can trigger the onset of this event.
• The main ones include HPV - human papillomavirus, which increases the risk of developing cancer of the cervix, vagina, and vulva.

• People with HIV, the human immunodeficiency virus, are at particular risk.

• Smoking is a known risk factor for many types of cancer, since cigarette smoke contains carcinogens - substances that can trigger the development of life-threatening tumors.
Symptoms and manifestations of anal cancer

In the early stages of tumor formation, the patient does not notice any problems. A person learns about the disease only after the tumor significantly increases in size and begins to cause concern.

  • Enlarged blood vessels in the anorectal area
  • Sudden weight loss, constant feeling of fatigue.
  • The appearance of itching, the formation of bumps and swelling.
  • Weakness and nausea.
  • Minor bleeding and discharge.
  • Periodic disturbances of normal bowel function (diarrhea or frequent constipation, incontinence).
  • Feelings of pain and pressure in the anal area, as well as fullness, even after defecation.
  • Enlarged inguinal lymph nodes.
  • Difficulty with bowel movements.
Cytokinegenetic therapy gives positive results in 80% of cases of treatment of anal canal cancer.
OncoCareClinic 308: we will stop the growth of the tumor and reduce the likelihood of relapses.

How can we help?

  • Destruction of the tumor
Our treatment method increases the concentration of the TNF cytokine in the body, which stimulates the immune response to the cancer and provokes apoptosis of the malignancy (programmed self-destruction).
  • Compatibility with other treatment methods
Cytokinogenetic therapy can be combined with other types of therapy, thereby increasing the effectiveness of treatment by 20−30%.
  • No side effects
Cytokine-based drugs do not produce significant side effects.
  • Treatment at home
The course of treatment can be completed outside the hospital ward, in the comfort of home
  • The attending physician is always in touch
Our oncologists can conduct not only a face-to-face consultation, but also an online appointment.
Methods for diagnosing anal cancer
  • Internal rectal examination (digital).
  • CT scan.
  • Anoscopic examination of the anal canal.
  • MRI
  • Proctosigmoidoscopy.
  • PAT.
  • Colonoscopy (if necessary).
  • Biopsy of tissue of the rectum and anus.
  • Laboratory blood test.
  • Ultrasound

Our unique method of cytokine therapy activates the production of proteins in the acute phase of the disease, thereby reducing inflammation itself.

The basis of the cytokine therapy method is to strengthen the immune system. It is she who protects the body from all external threats (viruses, bacteria, fungi), and also controls the destruction of dead or damaged own cells.

Your health is in our methodology!
Main stages of treatment:
1
Consultation with our specialist (review of medical histories)
2
Prescribing an individual treatment plan
Determination of TNF levels and TNF 308 gene mutations
3
Constant monitoring of your condition under the supervision of our doctors
Real story of therapy
Patient Nadezhda, 58 years old.
Pensioner.
Place of residence: Kaliningrad.

Diagnosis: anal canal cancer T2N0M1 IV st with a single metastasis of the right lobe of the liver. The disease was diagnosed in February 2023.

Solid tumor of the anal canal: 22*15 mm in diameter, without clear, even boundaries. (diagnosed after colonoscopy and tissue biopsy). According to MRI data, a single focal formation 5*4 mm in diameter (mts) is located in the right lobe of the liver (S6).

Complaints of weakness, malaise, moderate itching in the rectum, a feeling of fullness in the intestines even after defecation.

Since February 2023, she has undergone a course of chemoradiotherapy on a residential basis, which led to stabilization of the process.
She contacted OKK 308 in May 2023. She completed 4 courses of cytokinogenetic therapy - from April 2023 to July 2023.
Positive effect: reduction in the size of the primary tumor to 10*9 mm in diameter and disappearance of liver metastasis.

In early September, the patient underwent surgery at her place of residence (abdominal-perineal extirpation). He is currently undergoing a maintenance course of CHT to prevent relapse of the disease and metastasis.
TNF
Before treatment
1.5 pg/ml
After treatment
TNF level rose to = 55 pg/ml
Professor Aleksanyan Aleksan Zavenovich
“At the beginning of September, the patient underwent a residential operation (abdominal-perineal extirpation). Now she is undergoing a maintenance course of CHT (prevention of relapses and metastasis).”
